After witnessing her Mum fumbling around in her handbag for keys one night, Bodelle had a brilliant idea! What if she was to make a light strip that came on when you opened the clasp of the bag? Mum's reply... "U Glo Girl" and the spark of an idea was born.

I really enjoyed sourcing all the components at various shops and assembling them together to make a working prototype, and then the finished article. Trying to prize Mum's nice red handbag out of her hands for my project was definitely the most challenging part!
I love to play sport, especially waterpolo, cricket, volleyball and swimming. I also like camping at Matai Bay at Christmas and shopping with my friends.
My dream job is to be a hair and makeup artist for the big stars on major movie sets but at this stage I'm keeping my options open.
Mum, Dad, Nanna and Poppa all have inspired me and motivated me in different ways and have helped me develop my 'can do' attitude. Our technology teachers at school have also been very inspirational to me.
